Instrument Service or Repair
Should your instrument require service or repair, please complete our Return Material Authorization (RMA) form below. Once the form has been submitted to our office, we will provide you with an RMA number by email. This RMA number must appear on all shipping labels (see Shipping Instructions).

Shipping Instructions
Instruments must be returned by prepaid freight. Please note that, effective September 27, 2019 we will be relocating to a new address. Any equipment scheduled to arrive on September 30, 2019 or later should be sent to our new location.

If shipping instruments to our office from outside of Canada, please include a commercial invoice which indicates, "Goods being returned for repair, " a description of the goods and the value of the instrument.
 
Please forward us the waybill number so we may track the shipment.
